International Studies Minor

The Minor in International Studies:

The minor in international studies is intended to serve students whose major coursework does not allow room for a double major in international studies but whose interests, and proposed careers or graduate study, include an international component. An approved travel course is strongly recommended to fulfill minor requirements. 24 semester hours, comprising:

• GEO 101 - World Geography
• IS 101 - Introduction to International Studies
• PS 104 - International Relations

NOTE:

Any major may be combined with a minor in international studies. However, the required two upper division electives in the international studies minor may not be met using courses from the student’s major.
