The Creative Media Production program joins in the liberal arts mission by encouraging students to build creative solutions while effectively communicating ideas and concepts through storytelling elements. Building from the ground up campaigns that showcase ethical qualities and research-based foundations. With a liberal arts approach to storytelling, our students continue to grow not only as creators, but as narrators in stories that reach audiences through many mediums. These practices transform our students into well-rounded, skilled scholars and professionals.
Learning Outcomes:
• Develop and use research skills to define target audiences and creatively produce messaging across multiple platforms.
• Create a foundation of knowledge to build focused campaigns and creative outcomes in a hands-on learning environment.
• Communicate effectively both visually and verbally through professional presentation and client interaction.
• Generate solutions through creative and critical thinking to provide unique problem-solving strategies.
• Express and produce creative, original and effective messaging through multi-channel campaigns based on research methods.
• Build a well-rounded portfolio presenting creative works designed throughout the major tailored to professional expectations.
