ACC 353 - Advanced Accounting and Theory

The study of the theoretical issues behind accounting practices as they relate to stockholders’ equity, international accounting standards, and the overall full disclosure of financial information. Additionally, the principles and practices that relate to partnerships, business mergers, intercompany transactions, and consolidations will be covered.
