MBA 792 - Applied Generatrive AI & AI-Enabled Business Processes

MBA 792 is a hands-on, managerial course that applies generative AI to real business processes. Students will learn how to redesign workflows, specify human-in-the-loop controls, and orchestrate toolchains (e.g., chat assistants, embedded copilots, retrieval-grounded systems, and light automation) to produce measurable value. The emphasis is on disciplined scoping, verification, governance, and change management so initiatives are credible, bounded, and decision-ready for leadership approval.
