MSE 211 - Statics and Mechanics of Materials

Semester Hours: 4

A study of rigid and deformable bodies in static equilibrium. Deformation of materials under load, including shafts under torsion and beams under flexion, is studied in detail.

Prerequisite: PHY 151 .
When Offered: Offered Fall Semester on a three-year rotating basis.
